Important Information

Appointments & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

The deposit reserves your installation time and ensures materials are prepared specifically for your vehicle.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance can be done without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

Vehicle Cleanliness

All vehicles must be dropped off with clean windows and surrounding areas. Dust, dirt, and debris can interfere with proper film adhesion and affect the final result.

If additional cleaning is required before installation, a cleaning fee may be applied at the installer’s discretion.

Vehicle Drop-Off & Pickup

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Vehicles should be picked up promptly after installation unless prior arrangements are made.

Legal Compliance

Tint darkness and placement must comply with provincial tint laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets all legal requirements.

Aftercare

Do not roll windows down for 3–5 days after installation. Small water bubbles are normal during curing and will clear as the film dries.

Warranty

All installations include a manufacturer and workmanship warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or aftermarket glass repair/replacement.

In the province of Ontario, motor vehicle regulations restrict the allowable darkness and reflectivity of automotive window tint, particularly on front side windows and windshields. Laws may vary and can change without notice.

All automotive window tint installations are performed at the customer’s request and discretion. While we provide general guidance based on current regulations, the vehicle owner is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards. Any window tint installed at the customer’s request that exceeds legal limits is performed at the customer’s sole risk. Removal or replacement due to non-compliance is not covered under warranty and is not eligible for a refund. Visual Vinyl & Print is not responsible for tickets, fines, vehicle inspection failures, insurance issues or legal consequences arising from the selected tint level.
