Are Tinted Windows Legal In Ontario?

Yes! Automotive window tint is permitted in the province of Ontario.

There are, however, laws and regulations outlined in the Ontario Highway Traffic Act that limit the application of aftermarket window tint films.

    Window tint with a minimum of 70% luminous (light) transmittance is allowed.
