Visual Vinyl & Print ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to delivering high-quality custom printed products delivered in a timely and reliable manner.

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are shipped, estimated delivery timelines, and important information regarding production and transit times.

1. Shipping Methods

Shipping services, rates, and delivery timelines are based on the selected carrier's standard ground service levels and are subject to change without notice.

Canada Wide - Ground Shipping

Cornwall, Ontario - Local Delivery

  • Orders destined anywhere in Canada are shipped by Purolator Standard Ground. Express shipping options are available.
  • Orders with a delivery address in Cornwall, Ontario (K6H, K6J, K6K) can be delivered by a local courier.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders anywhere within Canada. Shipping availability, transit times, and costs may vary depending on destination, package size, weight, and service availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or provided as part of a custom quote and are based on:

  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Destination address
  • Number of packages required

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

4. Production Time vs. Shipping Transit Time

Shipping transit times do not include:

  • Production or print turnaround time
  • Artwork review, proofing, or approval time
  • Delays caused by revisions or customer-requested changes

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment has been received (if applicable), and
  • Final artwork has been approved by the customer

Estimated production turnaround times are provided as a guideline only and may vary based on order complexity, materials, volume, and current workload.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once the order has been produced, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Visual Vinyl & Print is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the carrier’s tracking system.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Visual Vinyl & Print is not liable for delays, additional fees, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Any additional costs incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Notify Visual Vinyl & Print within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items), or
  • Contact us promptly if tracking indicates a shipment issue

We may require photographs of damaged items and packaging to assist with carrier claims. Resolution will be handled in accordance with carriers' claims process.

9. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or separate shipments depending on size, materials, or production schedules. In such cases, tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

10. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted without additional costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are required.
