Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom printed to order, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are considered final once production has begun and no monetary refunds will be issued, except in the case of manufacturing defects due to our error. 

Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Custom Printed Products

Custom items include (but are not limited to):

  • Signs and displays
  • Banners
  • Vehicle graphics and wraps
  • Wall, window, and floor graphics
  • Business cards, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Custom apparel & headwear
  • Any product printed with customer-supplied artwork or custom specifications

Custom printed products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:

  • Printing defects
  • Material defects
  • Errors caused by us that do not match the approved proof or order details

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.

Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors such as spelling, grammar, incorrect information, colors, or layout issues approved by the customer.

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for customer-approved errors.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is defective or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • A reprint at no additional cost
  • A store credit
  • A refund (at our discretion)

Color Accuracy

Printed colors may vary from what is seen on screens due to monitor settings, material differences, and printing processes. Minor color variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible and no refunds will be issued.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for custom printed products. If a return is authorized due to an approved issue, items must be returned in original condition as instructed.
