How do I know what size toque to order?

Most toques and beanies are designed as "One Size Fits Most (OSFM)" due to the stretchy nature of the knit materials.

What is the maximum embroidery size?

Flat embroidery (up to 4.5" wide x 2.5" tall) on the front and rear.

How durable is embroidery?

Embroidery can withstand frequent washing, heavy use and will often outlast the garment itself.

We use high-quality polyester threads specifically chosen for their resistance to fading from washing, detergents, and prolonged exposure to sunlight (UV rays). With basic care, the thread colors will remain vibrant for the life of the item.

Is there a color limit with embroidery?

Our standard pricing includes up to 6 thread colors per embroidery location.

We can accommodate up to 15 thread colors per embroidery location. Please contact us for an estimate if your logo or design requires more than 6 thread colors.

Can you match exact colors with embroidery?

Yes, we do our best to match your logo and brand colors as closely as possible using our wide range of thread choices.

Because thread is dyed fibre, an exact Pantone match isn’t always possible, but we select the closest available thread colors to ensure your logo looks accurate and professional.

If you have specific brand guidelines or preferred colour references, feel free to share them, and we’ll provide the best possible match before production.

Are there any setup, digitizing or machine fees?

Our pricing is all-inclusive. When you place your order, the price that you pay includes all setup and digitizing charges. This means there are NO surprise fees that will be added to your order total.

  • Digitizing Fee: The cost to convert your logo/design into a machine embroidery compatible file.
  • Machine Setup Fee: The cost to load the design and thread onto the embroidery machine.

What is the turnaround time?

Standard production turnaround is 5 business days.

Our turnaround times can vary depending on a few factors, including: the availability of the blank toques, the quantity ordered, the amount of embroidery locations and the complexity of the design.

  • Turnaround times are an estimate for production time only and are not a guaranteed completion date.
  • Turnaround times begin after artwork has been approved.
  • Turnaround times do not include shipping or delivery transit time.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, we offer rush services on some custom embroidery orders.

If you have an urgent order, please reach out with your deadline and we’ll confirm the fastest option available.

Rush services depend on the availability of the blank toques and our current production volume.
